HI GURUS,
i need to know as to how can i post expenses incurred while at the time of maintainance processes into CO and if possible in FI as well.

Hi,
Through order processing, when you do settlement to the cost center (CO) , GL account (FI) you can do integration. This depends on settlement rule for the maintenance order.

i was wondering if there is any other way besides settlement..like we several assignments like work centers to equipment and activity types to work center.. is der any hope that cost mite pulled into any of hte activity cost elements.. plz through some light in this regard.

Yes it will, because the activity types are assigned work center are created with the conjunction of secondary cost elements and when planed price is defined for them are in combination of costcenter. When you do the confirmation it will post the cost to the respective costcenter.
