Hey all,

i found a work oround method to download the Idoc structure in xls fromate.

Create an Idoc using transaction WE19. Don't copy a existing one, but enter the Idoc name in field "Basic type" e.g. ORDERS05.

Execute the transction. Now enter in Control Record, Partner-No., Port, etc. (you can copy those thing form an exsisting Idoc).

Click on button Standrad Inbound. A pop apears, click enter. Remember the generated Idoc number.

Call up transaction WE02. Enter your Idoc-No. and execute.

Click on Button Idoc --> Print Idoc. You'll see the result in ALV list. You can down load the Idoc in local file in any formate you need.

I hope it helps you.

@ hetal shah: I think everyboady will appericiate, if you uncover the secret. Which Transaction ist it

There is no Direct way... But Yukai Shi from SAP has provided a program that can do it for you...

Hi Siva,

I tried that, but there is a problem in include.

In code, there is one standard table type used in which sap has commented one field dont_show_attrib.

So because of that it is giving error, and this field contains logic.

So is there any other way, or sap notes for this IDOC Structure download in Excel file?

Thanks,

Hetal
