Reporting on Admission Application Data

Hi All,

Greetings!

We are using ISR framework for online application forms in the University.

We have to prepare several reports for the data which are stored in XML.

We can use the standard RFC to read the data of any application form but we can't use that RFC for reporting that we need as input data is only Application Number.

Do we have any srandard mechanism to read the XML data directly by putting any Query? or any standard report in BW (as far as I know there is no report in EHP4 also).

We are facing problems to prepare Admission Statistics, can you suggest any standrad way for getting report from XML files?

Is SAP planning for admission reports (from XML data) in future?

Hi Rob,

As you suggested, we have planned to create student object in SLcM after submission of application form, hence data will be transfeered in SLcM from XML, and we can use standard BI reports.
