sending e-mail via activity, "TO" field not filled automatically

Hi All,

Our system is CRM 2007. I want to send e-mail after creating activity to customer. When i used More-->Send e-mail menu from activity transaction;

In e-mail:New screen the account and contact person filled automatically but "TO" field didn't fill automatically. "TO" field only filled when choosing contact person from search help. But automatically don't filled.

I want to fill this field by automatically.
