RAR 5.3 - unable to edit mitigating control

When I try to add a user to a mitigating control I receive the below error:

Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; nested exception is: javax.mail.SendFailedException: 550 5.7.1

However I was able to do it earlier. Yesterday I configured CUP and integrated it with RAR. Did that change anything? Anyway I do not want the emails to be triggered at this point. I will worry about the email part later. Now I just want to be able to edit the mitigating control in RAR

Hi,

The problem is with the email only. RAR is trying to send an email to the mitigation monitor but the email address is not valid.

If you don't want to send an email then go to configuration -> additional options and change the value of 'Send email notification to the monitor of the updated mitigated object' to 'No' and you will be able to save it.
