Add new user id to the existing Position

Hi Friends,

I am having one of the task with Agents as Position 50000302.

This position is already holding 5 user id's. Now i want to add one more user id to this position.

So that mail can also go to that person for approval.

Please let me know the procedure to add new user id to the exising position, is it possible directly in production?

This is resolved using PP01 Transaction.

You can use transaction PPOMW as well. it is for workflow & task positions setting.

Go to your position and add new user in.
