Alert Container - Receiver Function Module

I am using the BOR BUS2032.

I have defined the receiver function module SALRT_CREATE_VIA_EVENT in SWE2.

When I am running the report RSALERTDISP to see the alerts. I am able to see the values in the container but I am not getting the values in mail.

How can I access the values present in the alert container?

Pls help.
