We are working on CRM 7.0 and have to create and search leads and opportunities from the WebClient UI. So provided direct quick links of create and search in the navigation bar profile (which is copied from the standard nav bar profile). In the development system the lead creation and serach feature is working fine.
But when the requests are moved to the Test system, while searching for lead or opportunity transactions the result list is not visible although the screen shows the number of hits found.
There is message a displayed which mentions that - An exception occurred during request processing. In the details of the message a diagnosis is given asking us to "activate checkpoint group BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY. To do this, use transaction SAAB. If the error recurs, further details are displayed."
When we activate the check point group there are no entries in the log even though the error recurs.
The exception details mentioned in the initial message contains
CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS - Part-field access (offset = 0, length = 4) to a data object of the size 0 exceeds valid boundaries.

Please provide any inputs regarding this. The landscape here has both the dev client and test client on the same box (is this issue anything to do with cross client specific configuration) because the developemnt system does not get this error.
