Email and Workflow message missing

Hi Friends,

I am creating appropriation request thro' IMA11, and one workflow is developed so that I should get email in my inbox as well when I do access the SAP business workplace there should be that appropriation request for further action.

But neither I am getting any mail nor any message of appropriation request SAP business workplace.

What could be the reason?

Any pointers.
