Email and Workflow message missing

Hi Friends,

I am creating appropriation request thro' IMA11, and one workflow is developed so that I should get email in my inbox as well when I do access the SAP business workplace there should be that appropriation request for further action.

But neither I am getting any mail nor any message of appropriation request SAP business workplace.

What could be the reason?

Any pointers.

Did you try to check the standrad workflow template WS00300022, it has triggereing events , and make sure that you use the BOR BUS2204instaead of BUS2104 because BUS2104 is obselete..

2.The reaons for pointing out regarding the BOR was the standard workflow tempalte has the starting event from the BOR BUS2104, so please delete that and create azbor and delegate it to BUS2204 and then in the z BOR create a event and try to raise this event.

3. But before this you need to activate the event linkage in the SWe2 txn with respect to this workflow template.

Raising the vent is very simple, by using the FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT

but you need to find out the point from where you want to raise the event, I hope these user-exit's might help you please check and try to start workflow by using or with using the events

I don't have change access in SWe2 txn but here there is no entry withBUS2204, BUS2104 is there.

And how can I use FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT?
