In CJ20N, I have created a project with WBS elements & activities. Once I release the project I can see the Project Cost Plan column is having some costs. From where the system is picking up the Project Cost Plan.
Sorry, to give more clarification..When we open the Project Planning Board we can see the Projct Cost Plan column which is showing some cost. From where it is coming?
The activities in your project will have an activity types assigned to particular work centers. And a price would have been maintained in KP26. This price is showing as the project cost plan.
That cost is coming because you would have maintained some activities which in turn would be having a work center and activity type assigned to it. There is a rate maintained for this activity type in KP26. System calculates the cost based on the rates maintained in KP26.
Also if you have some planned in the project system will display the cost for these matl components also.
Thanks all, but the issue here is in KP26 I have given 218.75 Rs. as rate per hour for the month of Nov.2009 and what I am seeing in the Project Planning Board is 134.12 Rs. The project has been created today (13.11.2009) itself.
