STAD data is missing

Dears,

Recently we have installed GRC AC 5.3 server.

All post installation activities have been completed but we are not getting any data in STAD.

We checked SAPOSCOL is also running.

So please tell do we need to do some configuration step for it.

Please suggest.

Hi Shivam

In which system you are not getting the STAD data ?

Check the ST03N configuration and check the standard statistics collector jobs are running or not...

Dear Zaheer,

Please tell what to check in ST03n Configuration ,Performance data is coming in ST03N and job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is running fine,Do I need to check any other job also.

Are you able to see Workload statistics logs in ST03N ? If everything is running for workload collector then you should be able to see the STAD / STAT output....

Issue Resolved by making the time zone of OS and SAP same.
