    Problem 1 is not clear..

    Plz explain in detail

    for Problem 2....

Please check in SWE2 whether you are having any entry for Bo BUS2089 against CHANGED event.

Due to this expense workflow is gettin triggered.

Go to SWIA transaction and here you can execute by date and time. Just execute and see whether the particular is in error or what is the exact flow.

From this transaction, you can find out all the workflow related flows and errors. Double click the work item and then click the LOG. And once you go to the LOG, then you can click the Details button at the top.

For your problem 2, i have done like this:

In the Event Linkages of the Workflow, give a start condition, that is create a new function module.

    Import Parameter:

    Tables Parameters:

And in that check like this,

    data: wf_uname like ptrv_head-uname,

    wf_schem like ptrv_head-schem.

select single uname schem into (wf_uname, wf_schem)

    from ptrv_head

    where pernr = objkey+0(8)

    and reinr = objkey+8(10).

    if wf_uname <> sy-uname.

    raise not_triggered.
