Incremental Backup

Hi Friends,

In our production landscape we were planning to schedule incremental backup hourly.

I am planning to start backup using DB13. Daily we are taking whole online backup for PROD.

My question is

Do we have to make extra settings for scheduling incremental backup in init<SID>.sap?

Any extra settings needed for this type of backup? ( I have read in help.sap.com, that incremental backup can only be taken with RMAN)
