We are having problems with the business objects server when our users try to run Crystal Reports. For some of the reports, they open fine, but for the majority of reports, they seem to hang until the user gets an error from Tomcat/Apache saying, "Internal Server Error".
Setup:
OS: Windows 2008
Web Server: Apache: 2.2, embedded TomCat
Here are the event log errors that we have received on the server hosting Business Objects:
1. Internal error. Please contact your system administrator. (RCIRAS0240)
2. A failure occurred while the server was processing report 'xxxx' (id=12018) for user xxxx (RCIRAS0567)
3. Timeout. (RCIRAS0244)

-Everything was working fine a few days ago, but for some reason we started experiecing this problem where Crystal Reports are not running. That being said, Webi reports are running just fine. For the reports that have run, we were not able to make any definate conclusions as to why they were working and none of the other reports were working. For reports that do not work and connect to the listOfValues server, we are not receiving any prompts for selecting values. For the reports that do work, it appears that they return less data, but we have concluded this to be false since we were able to run at least one report with the same amount of data that one of the failed reports had.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. So far, we have tried just about everything we can think of, but we are obviously missing something.
