Unable to GR due to Maximum number of items in FI reached

Hi Team,

We are unable to make GR and getting the message Maximum number of items in FI reached.

Successfully GR happened for more number of items for the PO without any issue previously.

When we split the GR into two we found that total number of line items have not reached 999 fi items.

We checked the FX and Price dont found any issue.

Note:Recently we implemented CFIN. After implimenting CFIN we are getting the issue.

Please suggest the cause.

Hi K B,

I think the exceeded FI line item limit from BSEG is activated once the document exceeds 950 items - that might be the reason.

Sometimes, while building FI document some items can get temporarily created - for example 0 amount for price differences - but will not be present in the saved document, after all document creation routines - derivations, validations, substitutions, compressions,...

It's an unfortunate error, but one we have to learn to live with.
