Contract not defaulted in the Shopping Cart

Hello Team,

We are using SRM 5.0 and Extended Classic scenario.

I am facing an issue while creating the Shopping Cart. I have only one Contract created for a Vendor but that contract is not getting defaulted in the Shopping Cart, the User has to select the contract manually. Same functionality working fine in other SRM System but not in our Test SRM system. Any idea what settings do I need to check.
