version comparison of smartforms

Hi,

Is there any way to do version comparison of smartforms? I need to copy a smartform developed in the Quality system back to development system.

I am aware of the way of downloading the smartform from quality and uploading it back to the development system. But the issue here is, our development system is upgraded with EhP4 package and the quality system is still to be upgraded. So basically, the technical background of the two systems is different.

Will there be any issues if i use the download/upload method for the above system configuration? or If i do it manually, is there any way of comparing the smartforms between the above two systems.

You can try comparing the two generated function modules

You can not compare the FM's in two different systems. Please check.

Hi Nilesh,

There wont be any issues. You can download the Smartforms from Quality & upload the same in Develpoement.

There is no such option to compare version.
