Production order wise shortage list of materials

Dear Guru's

I want to have shortage list of materials according to Production order.

For example consider Production order X1 for header material 'FG' with comp1' as child for FG. I issue material comp1 to this order using 261 mvt type. Then if I run some tcode for shortage qty w.r.t order X1, shortage qty of comp1 as per order X1 should be 0.

For order X2 of same materials, without issuing comp1 using 261, if i run shortage list, I should get shortage qty of comp1should be 1.

Please suggest me to achieve this.

Hi,

Use tcodes CO24. First you need to activate that report PPCOXPR1.

In COOIS select list components you can be requirement qty and withdrawn qty.

I am not getting help in CooIS.. it gives headr material. I want to check shortage qty of child materials..please help

You can get it in 4.7 version

enter COOIS, first option is List

now for this option there is small botton right ( Drop down button )

click it & search perfectly, you will find Components option

then give plant & dates are required & execute

You will get the result ur looking for

Yes I am able to run the report & get output. Thanks for that. but I have issued one comp to order thru 261. still it shows shortage qty for that material. when i allocatre comp to that production order, how it says shortage of that material, please help.

Dear Raghavendra,

is backflush is activated or not

if backflush is activated then check in CO14 in Goods movement screen

whether all components are there ( 261 )

if any component is missing then

check in COGI

if u don't find in COGI

then user might have deleted the component in confirmation

if ur manually issuing components Via MB1A or MIGO

then execute MB51 & check which component is missing

Check MB24..Rservation List..it will show you ur requirement qty, removed qty and diffrence qty along with account assignment etc.

Hi,

You can use COOIS transaction.In that select List for components and profile as standard profile.and give the production order and execute.

You will get the required qty vs available qty

plan order - MDVP

if production is completed & want to check Consumption ( Consumed & unconsumed )

COOIS - in list give as components
