How to fix error "The row inserted cannot be processed manually" tcode KE13N

Hi,

I use KE13N to upload planning revenue analyzed with characteristics plant, sales organization and business area, but I keep getting an error "The row inserted cannot be processed manually". I try uploading revenue with only 2 characteristics plant and sales organization, this process is successful.

I checked Message no. K9072: "The characteristic entered in the lead column or the combinations of characteristics entered in the lead columns cannot be processed manually". Then I checked configuration of business area account assignment tcode OVF2, OVF0 and OVF1, business area was assigned to plant and sales organization.

Are there some other causes of this failure. Please advise me.

Hello Tam -

I found a similar description of the error you are reporting in the following SAP Note:

2698589 - Error K9072 in KE13N

Please check for a "failed master data check" in the KE13N log.
