I need to remove inventory out of LX03, how can that be done?

Hi,

I am looking to get rid of inventory that is in t-code LX03 in SAP from certain warehouses. It is no longer physically in our warehouses, but SAP is showing it as being there. It is not showing up in MMBE as stock but it is showing up in LX03, and we have a need to remove it since it's no longer there. Is there a way to remove it from inventory in that t-code? Also, trying to remove via a MIGO GI other has not worked up to this point on it. Thanks!

You can do a PI in the warehouse for the Bin alternatively .

Create PI Document LI01N

Enter Count LI11N .

Clear differences LI20

For the first step you have listed for create PI document, is that creating what we have showing in SAP for those inventory items? Going line by line in that t-code to enter in what is showing in SAP?

And for step 2, is that entering in the specific quantity of inventory for that particular location? I was slightly confused by the inventory record field, is that the quantity?

Same thing for LI20 related to the inventory record file, what is that referring to?
