Uploading a Image Field

Hi,

My Scenario goes like

- Online Interactive PAN Card Application Form ( ex )

- User will have to upload his image - can be achieved via Image Field

Now my problem is - once user click on submit button on the form how can this image uploaded by user in Image Field transferred back to system, I would like to store this image in a table field for Applicant table.

Can anyone tell, what format would this table field be, and if later I have to create a print form based, then how can I fetch Image Data stored in this table field to print form.

I hope, i'm able to explain the problem

To create a print form with a photo, use the following blog. I have successfully created such a form following that tutorial.

I guess you can prepare the other direction scenario following this backwards.

Or maybe easier would be to create a simple WD just for the photo upload, using Open file dialog. That would not cost you another Adobe form licence too.
