SOAP Adapter Error

Hi All,

I am getting below error while using SOAP Sender channel :

com.sap.aii.af.service.administration.api.AdapterAlreadyRegisteredException: The adapter http://sap.com/xi/XI/System:SOAP has already been registered

Exception id: []

Can anybody tell me where could be the problem is and where to check.
