Outline Agreement Question

Hi all,

This is the scenario I'm facing, currently my workscope is on plant maintenance and we will have plans for all sorts of maintenance. For a plan to be carried out , we will always have a outline agreement (OA) to pay for outsourced services. Currently the OA number is to be changed next year, and with the amount of plans i have to manually change would be in the quantity of thousands. Is it possible for a

1. Mass update of all new OA numbers (A module to automatically change old OA number to new OA number)

2.Re-Route / Divert

(The sap system looks at OA number and sees whether it is valid (info . Old OA numbers are deactived) and automatically directs it to the new declared OA number)
