Issue on Info Record Transfer?

Hi Friends

How to transfer info records from MM to EBP/SUS.If it is through Middleware which filter settings need to be set in SRM 7.0. i heard that this functionality is std functionality in SRM 7.0.

Hi,

As per my knowledge we replicate only materials,vendors and locations ( plants ) from the backend systems.

I dont think there is a Info record replication Process...

What is your deployment? Classic or Extended Classic? What is expected Info Record usage in SUS ?

We are in Classic Scenario.Our requirement is to send Info Records to supplier from MM.(ECC6.0 with SRM 7.0)

I'm not clear your business case. Are you talking about PO transfer with Info Record from MM to SUS ? or Just Info Record itself ? If it is about Info Record itself, how do you use it in SUS?

SUS is supplier hosted system . here we do have only vendor data mainly.

In EBP_SUS - your source of supply might be local contract/ vendor list .

in classic you can referer (MM_SUS) inforecord and back end contract.

mainly here your procurement system in EBP in EBP_SUS.

Hi,

You can extend the PO IDoc structure in MM side, but I think supplier has nothing to do even if they receive info record number.

How supplier handle info record?

I know Info Record transfer to Catalog but I've never heard transferring it to SRM or SUS.
