Pop Calendar Navigator Does Not Work on one computer

I am using the Business Objects Crystal Reports server.The server has worked perfectly in the past. I went to use it and one of the javascript functionalities is not working on one PC, but the others PC's are working find. .When i click the calendar button it pops open a javascript window, but none of the javascript window's functionality is working. If i select another month from the drop down, it is supposed to automatically change the calendar to that month, but currently it does nothing. If i select a date, again it does nothing.......It's like it is a blank form with no functionality excepted a populated drop down box. So i have a feeling it is just an option being switched or something like that. Anyone have any ideas where to look for this or how to fix it???
