Hi gurus,
In my SAP CRM 5.0 system some of service orders have more than one active user statuses. I can display two active user statuses for one service order in the CRM_JEST table. What can be the reason?

This depends upon the status profile set up. If the Status Profile is defined to have manual status you will find multiple actIves ones.

This is standard SAP behaviour.
A business transaction can have multiple system and user statuses that are active at the same time. For example "Open", "Do not distribute" and "Do not print".
