Hi, I have had to run this many times via SE38 for testing purposes, it is definitely possible to do directly. Couple of things to check in addition though, ensure BASIS has configured SCOT transaction to allow mail output. You can limit actual output by putting in specific email addresses (or anything, "*") which is a good idea to keep output from leaving the business and potentially going erroneously to a vendor. If successful output can be seen in SOST as a result, and subsequently should arrive at the destination.

You need to schedule this report as a background job in SM36.

Hi,

RSWUWFMLEC E-mail notification for new work items in the Business Workplace

This report has to be scheduled as a JOB.

As normal any report can execute using tcode SE38.

The report sends notifications for work items via e-mail to e-mail

recipients. E-mails are only sent to those users for which the user

attributes (FORWARD_WI) 'Flag: Forward work item'' are maintained n

PPOMA_BBP.
