Check for any open PR, PO, MO, etc. with open GR or IV.

Take a look at the following notes.

[SAP Note 176222 - KO450 resetting account assignment indicator in WBS elemnt|https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~form/handler?_APP=01100107900000000342&_EVENT=REDIR&_NNUM=176222&_NLANG=E]

    and

[SAP Note 421710- Check report whether "Deletion flag" status can be set|https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~form/handler?_APP=01100107900000000342&_EVENT=REDIR&_NNUM=421710&_NLANG=E] This one is probably the best.

If these do not apply, search SDN.

    Regards.

    Hi Paval,

Firstly, please use RKACSHOW to have a look at table COSBA which will

show that WIP still exists against the WBS Element.

If you can archive the order with the balance, change the indicator

in the settlement profile from 'To be settled in full' to 'Can be

settled' or 'Not for settlement'. (settlement profile in SPRO ->

Product Cost Controlling -> Cost Object Controlling -> Product Cost by

Period -> Period-End Closing -> Settlement -> Create Settlement Profile)

As a result, there is no check as to whether the balance of the sender

is equal to zero when you archive the sender. Try and close the project

    after doing this.

Please remember to reset the 'To be settled in Full' in your settlement

profile after this. Try this first to see if you can close

the order but please remember to reset 'To be settled in full'.

You can also use program COPCOBJ_REORGCHECK from note

421710 to see what values are preventing the order from being closed.

You can then proceed according to note 140672 or note 421376, depending

on which note better suits your particular circumstances.

Then, If you maintain the customizing you can execute results

analysis to cancel the WIP and settle to cancel the WIP also in FI,

you will be able to close the wbs element.

Please review notes 76354 and 172355 too.

Thanks a lot and kind regards,

    Enrique Sosa
