How to restart the message with another user?

How to reprocess(restart) the messages which are failed in R3 moni with another user (i.e it should not use the current logged in user, it must use different user to reprocess,say the default configured user which it was running with or some system / admin user only)

Then schedule the restart jobs with the help of admin user instead of login user...

if not clear post your exact problem and why need different user for the same..and how the user plays a role here ...

If we reprocess with the current logged in user ,the message is failing, the message needs to be processed by a particular configured user only.

in our case scheduling the messages will not help in some areas due to other dependent messages.
