Query in RRMX and Portal

Hi SMEs,

I would like to ask for your expert help. I am creating a validity check for one of the fields on the selection screen. If I run the query via tcode RRMX, the code is working properly. However, if I run the query in the portal, its not behaving as it should. Can you help me on this issue?
