How SAP workplace can automatically move email from inbox to shared folder?

We try to use FM SO_FOLDER_READ_API1 and SO_DOCUMENT_READ_API1 to read email content in SAP workplace email folders. Due to authorization issue, the program cannot access inbox in specific account which differs with program executing account, and therefore we thought to let program read email from shared folder.

But now we are facing another problem that how we can push SAP workplace to automatically move the email from person's inbox to shared folder? Is it really possible?

Dear Chen,

There are many useful function modules just in the following wiki page:

However automatically move the documents from the inbox to the shared folder is only possible by the user who is the owner of the mail. Due to data protection rules.
