Urgent requirement ,please help

Hi Experts,

This is quite urgent requirement , which needs to be delivered today requesting you all to help me to resolve this.

In cross tab m getting data sequence issue as shown below .if you see the attached screenshot the data should display in the first columns as highlighted please help me .

I have attached the overall report as well .cross-tab.png .

Detailed inputs on my requirement .

actual-data.png Please find the data in vertical table format which the actual data where the columns without a heading are variables and other columns are database columns . Now how we need to replicate this is shown in the below screenshot .

expected-data.png

Now We have created a cross tab as shown in cros tab screen shot however data sequencing is not proper . How we need the data is

this report should have fixed number of columns and rows based on the asset types like for 1 single 3M identification number , for 4 asset types (data should come in one line)

leftmost side 3M identification number and right side there should be fixed columns like

for Main Picture---3 columns

for Additional picture -30 columns

for Document picture-30 columns

for 360 image--30 columns

In cross tab data getting pulled but sequencing breaks . We also tried putting sections in the cross tab but problem here is the data structure which is not fixed as shown below cross-tab-with-section.png . table should have constant number of columns , if data is there then it should fetch else it should show blank but structure shouldn't be disturbed.

Requesting all of you to provide your valuable inputs

Thanks,

DP

    try similar to this.

Var1=replace([your first row object];"Main Picture Asset Link ID 2";"Main Picture Asset Link ID1")

Final=replace([Var1];"Main Picture Media Link ID 2";"Main Picture Media Link ID 1")

Requirement is not clear. Anyway I assume that you want to replace the blanks with the data in another Column

1st column =If(IsNull([Main Picture Asset Link ID 1]);[Main Picture Asset Link ID 2];[Main Picture Asset Link ID 1])

2nd column =If(IsNull([Main Picture Media Link ID 1]);[Main Picture Media Link ID 2];[Main Picture Media Link ID 1])

3rd column =If(IsNull([Main Picture Asset URL 1]);[Main Picture Asset URL 2];[Main Picture Asset URL 1])
