Difference in the Requirements and withdrawn/ consumed quantities

Hi All,

In our scenerio, PP-PI , in some case, the material component (Backflush indicator maintained, Batch Managed) has different requirements and withdrawn quantities. As per our understanding, the requirements qty is derived from the BOM. Could someone suggest, why is this difference in the quantities?

Regards,

Pradeep

    Dear Santara,

As per Std SAP, it is very much possible below points

    1) u can delete the components in Process order

    2) u can delete components in Confirmation, in Goods Movement screen

    3) Now this leads to Mismatches

    4) Just check in COOISP, in list input as Componets

    5) then u can find which components are not consumed

    Regards

    Dear,

    Reason are as,

If the component quantity has been change in good movement during confirmation.

Check there is any post processing error in COGI.

Some one has used the MB1A with 262 movement.

Please check the report like COOISPI- Component select in list. Or check in MB51 movement type 261 and 262. Or IW3M report.

Go to process order header menu Goto -> Document Goods Movement.

System will display all the GI and GR done for an order.
