Hi All,

Whenever I am drawing report for the Posted Journals, I am getting ten decimal figures which makes the figures visibility very difficult.

How can I format these figures in Journal Report?

You can export any journal report into excel where you can format the number how you want.

Another option will be to use format for reports into RS but for this you have to change the Journal Templates from

Admin Templates\Journal Report Template to use format when is displaying the values.

    Hi,

You don't have the option into SAP BPC.

By default SAP BPC is coming wth some generic reports for Journals.

These reports were created using RS.

You can find these reports into C:\BPC\Data\Webfolders\Admin Templates\Journal Templates

all the reports from there can be edit using Visuaol Studio or even Notepad but you have to know how to format into RS designer these reports to achieve what you would like to have.

Into SAP BPC you don't have any option to do format of your journal reports done into RS.

Also into same folder you will find some files whoich is actually doing the query from database for these journal reports.

    They have extension sql.

You can change also there the SQL script to provide the amount just with 2 decimals.

But again it is not something which an application user can do it. It can be done by a develope having knowledge about RS or SQL Server or at least a technical person with knowledge about SQL and RS.
