How can I add the workflow or task container values to the workitem text ?

    If you want to use task container values, then those values must have binding between task and workflow.

    for selecting these values in workitem text you have 2 options:

    1. Before workitem text, you have one button to insert variables, by clicking that

    you can select the workflow container variables.

    2. otherwise you can write that variable name inside this & & symbol.

    Example : &WI_OBJECT_ID.IDOCNUMBER&

    1. Open the txn PFTC.

    2. Select the standard task or workflow template and mentione the respective ID in the task and open in CHange mode.

    3. Once you open in the change mode , put the control in the workitem text text box and click F4, this will display the container elments which are present in the workflow or standard task container.

    Mkae sure that these container elements are getting populated through respective bindings other wise the test element name will be displayed in the workitem decription, which you can observe in the workflow log.
