Internal Server Error in SRM_MDM Search UI

Hi Expert,

We are at SRM_MDM CAT 3.0.3.7, MDM_JAVA_API 7.1.1.78, MDM_WEB_UI 710.700.1.5, BP_MDM_APP 7.1.1.78.

The same problem as the they raised before, "".

But I am not sure how to fix this issue, upgrade the petch level or reinstallation the server?

Hi,

the deployed MDM JAVA_API has a lower version as your SRM-MDM! You have to deploy the MDM JAVA_API 7.1.3.51.

All the components for SRM-MDM has to be on the same level. (server, console, deployed sca's, etc.)

Hi Tamás,

Many thanks for your help.

We have another SRM MDM Catalog system which all the components are not at the same level, but it still work fine. I'll try to upgrade our Java VPI support level and test the scenario again.
