C4C - How do I restrict viewing/creating appointments by Org Unit?

Hi,

This is regarding acess restrictions on C4C.

We have a number of teams on the same level of the Org Structure, who each need to be able to see their own appointments and the appointments of their fellow team members ONLY. These appointments will be organised on a user created specifically to be the team calendar. When attempting this through the individual users access restrictions, both read and write access to appointments are restricted to just members of the org unit, which seems to do nothing. Users can still view and create appointments on any calendar they want.

Any help would be much appreciated, I have included a screenshot of the current appointment access restrictions that have been selected.

For what solution have you decide? I am very curious as i am facing a comparable challenge.
