Getting multiple workitems in SAP inbox

Hi All,

I have created a workflow for PO release using two activity steps (each having different task) for sending workitems to two different persons with a deadline monitoring of 10mins inbetween. I have defined the agents (by selecting ' user' from dropdown list and assigned SAP userid) in both the activity steps. The problem is whenever a PO is created I am getting workitems equal to the number of release codes in the release strategy used instead of one workitem for each user .I have also restricted the possible agents for each task by assigning respective userids in maintain agent assignment for task .

Can anyone tell me why the workflow is behaving like this please ?
