We are implementing Alert Management for our SAP system.
My basic doubt is 'Does Alert management come under workflow?'
We are testing for a scenario of sales order creation of a particular type.
We have created an alert category using ALRTCATDEF.Then we have created an event type link using SWE2.
I have a doubt about alert containers? Do I need to write a code for filing the values realted with sales order in containers?
I want to know exact sequence of steps.
Do I need to schedule any reports for it?
