I solved the Issue by shortening the reportname. It seems that I used more characters for the Reportname than I was alowed to.

Hi Vian,

I got the same error and fixed it by rescheduling the report and changing the file attachment's file name (under Destinations) to 'Use Specific Name' from 'Use Automatic Generated Name' and it runs fine.

Thank you

Since you mentioned it happens only some times, this may be FRS location is not available when the report failed or network loss during that time.

You may not see network issues on BO server event viewer. Check with network team , if there is any network loss during that time.

I checked the Note 1935342, and I wonder where can I found the information about the account which runs the File Repository Servers??

thank you

Input/output file store folders are on different location to where you have installed BO? check in the Input server properties what is the location.if it's not default then check what is the user name in SIA. need to grant same user access which is used in SIA to File store folder.

hi,

I know where the Input/output file store folder are, but I just asked where I can find the account who runs the File repository servers.

as I see in BO server when I right click on SIA --> properties, that the user name in SIA is LocalSystem.

Is your FRS in the same server or pointing to shared location? if FRS in shared location , then you need to have the account setup which will have read/write access to FRS location and run the SIA using that account.
