Help - SAP B1 mobile can't load Dashboard

Hi there,

we've trial for SAP Business One mobile on android. We've created our own certificate using Open SSL. here technical detail:

* SAP Version

SAP Business One 9.2 PL 06

* SAP mobile

SAP business one 1.2.12, 2018 version.

* device tester:

Blackberry One, Samsung Note 8

* User license:

Professional

everything ok except Dashboard. shown error as attached.

This is not a SAP Mobile Platform issue. If you want your question to reach the right people, you need to modify the tag and add the relevant ones.
