I:SLCT:561 Currently not possible to check the translation st

Hi Experts,

Copied a Zprogram.

when Activating text elements, it says

'The logon language differs from original language'

I clicked on change orig language; then i change original language 'DE' to 'EN' but it says

'I:SLCT:561 Currently not possible to check the translation st'

logon language is english; original language is german, i need to use english language.
