Document date in F-44

Hi

while clearing vendor line item thru F-44, system take clearing date as document date and posting date.

can be change document date in F-44? if yes please explain the process.

    Hi,

    When you enter clearing date in F-44 it will picks up all the document posted upto date.

    If you want to select perticular posting dates go to and Select Posting Peiods radion button and insert Posting date selection you will find all the open items with date selection.

    Hi,

    When you execute transaction F-44 there you will see the field Clearing Date. Whatever date is entered here will be a clearing date. If you want to other clearing date that posting and document date then insert date you want in this field..

      i think you have not read my question properly. i have already mentioned that by default system will take clearing date as document date and posting date.

      i want document date different than clearing date. can we do it?
