    Hi,

Basically, you use the general authorization --> sales A/R --> document draft --> select read only.

Before do that, use this following step:

    1. Login to b1 using user name e.g. user A that want to authorize the delete access of open sales order

    2. Open the draft

    3. select the document of sales A/R that the use can only read. Deselect another documents if not allowed to access it

    4. Click cancel

    5. Login to b1 using super user to set the authorization for the user A in the module admin --> system init --> general authorization --> sales A/R --> document draft --> select read only.

    6. Select full authorization for the sales order

Login again as user A and check if the user still can delete the draft or not.

    Rgd,

    Hi Rajesh.......

If you set it through approval procedure then he will not be able to edit or remove the document as it is saved.

    Hi Rajesh B K,

Your question is not very clear. If the draft created by the user has gone through approval process, it will automatically be protected from any changes including delete. However, if you are talking about delete before approval, that would not be possible.

    Thanks,

    Gordon
