Hello all,
I am trying to insert a text while creating a complaint using FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.
Although all other information is updated succesfully, the text does not appear in the created complaint. While debugging the standard procedure i can see that my code and the standard one are identical ( only the GUID is different obviously ).
Does anyone have an idea or came by the same problem and solved it?

I am not sure what you expect or where you miss the text. However please consider note 910735 about right customizing settings and my KBA
2171474.
