Partner Role Creation in EWM for Outbound delivery

Dear Gurus,

In Transaction /SCWM/PRDO , under tab "Partner" I need to add missing partner

Role (for the delivery) which does exist in ECC.

When I click on Create button , a popup appears for entering Partner Role

Here I assign my custom Partner Role(locally in EWM).

it gives a error " Creation of Prtner Role XXXXX not allowed."

Is there any way to assign the Partner ROLE here.

Hi Vinayak,

If you have all configuration in EWM then the delivery dropped to EWM should automatically have custom partner.

If you can see your custom partner role in Outbound delivery order then you might be missing configuration - Maintain Field control profile.Please find attached.

You need to find the Field control profile for your document(.e.g /scwm/prdo will have field control profile - /SCDL/OUT_PRD_STANDARD) and maintain permitted field.

You can find entries for carrier - CARR as attached.copy and create new entries,replace "CARR" with your custom partner role.

Try after completing above configuration.This should work.

Hello,

Please check entries of your partner identification category & identification type in t code BUC_IDCATEGORY and BUC_IDTYPE.

The Identification types must be mapped to the same Identification categories with the same name.

Example ERP customer.

Also check the role of your custom partner is created or not in system.
