ISA- Catalog not available error message problem

Dear CRM experts,

I am getting the error message "The catalog you have selected is currently unavailable, try again later" when trying to log in to webshop.

Earlier the webshop was working fine, but now it is giving error.

1. We have deleted the indices from Trex & also in R/3

2. Restarted the trex server.

3. Replicated the product catalog in R/3, & the log shows replication sucessful.

When I check the connection between xcm & R/3 it is ok.

Could you please let me know what else I need to check or take action.

    Sharan,

    Can you check the log & trace files. I suspect it could be somekind of a JCo exception.
