Earlywatch alert reports are truncated + grey diamond is displayed

Hello,

Our SAP solution manager release is 701 SPS03.

I've just installed the BI 701 SPS04 Landscape, when I tried to set up the early watch alert monitoring , I didn't notice any problem, solution manager and the BI 701 satellites communicate well, the early watch session generated on solution manager are processed on BI 7 side, expect that the final report is truncated

Only the hardware configuration, server overtview is filled ...

Besides , a grey diamond is displayed on front of the EWA report.

We have dozens of othe SAP satellites that are correctly porecssed, so I don't thinlk that the problem is coming fom solution manager.

On BI 7 side :

The job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is correcly scheduled : hourly

Transaction ST03 is correctly filled , worload anaysis

ST-PI and ST-A/PI Support Packages are quite recent.

I really can't figure out where the problem is coming from.

Is this issue resolved?

What is the information displayed in EWA, any recommendations appearing?

In the SDCCN of satellite system, is the Maintenance Package task running daily?

Is the background job BDL/TASKPROCESSOR job running on hourly basis?

These should mandatorily be running in the satelite system to collect the system data and then send them to the Solution Manager system to generate the EWAs.

Also, is the Solution Manager set as the Master system in satellite system?
