Time Satement

Hi Experts.

i am facing problem with time statement.

i ran time evaluation,it ran successfully, and results are formed in cluster B2.

but when i went to see the time statement through pt40 , i am not able to see,

it is showing only Number of personnel numbers selected: 1

it should display the statement right,

can any one please guide me on this.

and can any one tell me how to run time evaluation by punching records into 2001 and 2002,and

Absences/Attendance with time compensation .

please help me on this.

Hi Lavanya,

I hope u have done a live run of ur time evaluation and yes if u have done then the results should be avaliable.Please check PT66 once for the same employees and let us know if u can see the Cluster results here.

Hi Thanks for the reply,

yes i ran live run , and i am able to see the results in pt66,

but i am not able to see the time statement in pt40.

and please tell me how to handle the absence(2001) as i am following time evaluation with clock times.

please help me on this.

Hil,

If u can see results in PT66 then yes u should get the details in PT61 and PT40 also please check with the validity Dates.

What help you want to handle absences please let me know clearly

actuevally for one day we given LOP .

then at the time of running time evaluation error is coming like

This is a standard rule whicg gets processed.Now the error is a PCR processing one.Have u defined ur absence Type with a Time Type.Please check the TIP entries and let me know as to which time type is coming there .

Hi,

If u see here in TIP entries then the time types which are comming here are 0120 0540 0120 and i see them with S which is planned .

08.0000 12.0000 0 2 02 01 S 0120 A 01 4.0000

12.0000 13.0000 0 2 06 01 S 0540 A 01 1.0000

13.0000 16.0000 0 2 02 01 S 0120 A 01 3.0000

So now plzz modify TP20 as under **** put the time types and set the operation else.T555A define time types and then T555Y assign the processing type with the time type and insert the time type values in the rule.

generally in positive time management

if we dont give record in any of the infotypes ( 2011 ,2001, 2002 )

then for that day system should consider as LOP right,

how system will react to this

what settings we need to do for this.

please guide me on this topic , i am very much confuesing at here.
