Enterprise Services Workplace

I have registered in the Enterprise Services Workplace. I have got USERID and PASSWORD. I Can access all the System , But i am unable to access the PI 7.1. How to get access for the PI 7.1. I need this PI 7.1 , I am PI COnsultant. Plz help mee ...Thanks in Advance.....
